Project Overview
We’re pleased to be on site in Stafford, delivering our expert labour package on behalf of Kori Construction for the development of a new purpose-built care home. This important scheme will provide a modern, high-quality facility designed to meet the growing demand for specialist elderly care within the local community.

Located on Rowley Bank in Staffordshire, the project involves the demolition of two former care homes, Wilford House and Abbeyfield House, which have remained vacant for several years. In their place, a thoughtfully designed 68-bed care home will be constructed, creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

Our Role
Our team is providing a dedicated labour package for this project, working closely with Kori Construction to support the efficient and high-quality delivery of the build. With a strong focus on reliability, attention to detail, and programme adherence, we are committed to maintaining the standards expected for a development of this nature.
