Project Overview

We’re delighted to be back on site in Cardigan as Phase 2 of this exciting retail development gets underway, following the successful completion of Phase 1 for Home Bargains. Working once again with Wilten Construction, we are delivering the full masonry package for the next stage of the scheme, which will see the construction of a new Aldi store serving the Cardigan Bay area.

Securing Phase 2 of the project is a significant milestone for our team and reflects the strong working relationship we have built with Wilten Construction. It is a testament to the quality of our workmanship, reliability, and commitment to delivering masonry packages to the highest standards.

Our Role

Our team has been appointed to deliver the complete blockwork and facing brickwork package, including both labour and materials, for the new Aldi store. By working closely with Wilten Construction throughout the build programme, we are ensuring the masonry works are completed safely, efficiently, and with the level of quality our clients expect.

Drawing on our extensive experience across commercial and retail developments, we understand the importance of maintaining programme schedules while delivering durable, high-quality masonry that forms the foundation of successful projects.
