Project Overview

Works are now underway at Hartington for Unit 2A, where we are proud to be delivering the internal blockwork package on behalf of Wilten Construction. This project forms part of the design and build of a modern multi-unit industrial development that will further enhance the region’s industrial capacity while supporting future business growth.

Situated within the East Midlands Investment Zone (EMIZ), the scheme is strategically positioned to benefit from targeted investment in green industries and advanced manufacturing. Once complete, the development will provide high-quality industrial accommodation designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.

Our Role

Our team has been appointed to deliver the internal blockwork package, working closely with Wilten Construction to ensure the masonry works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Drawing on our extensive experience across commercial and industrial developments, we understand the importance of delivering precision workmanship while maintaining programme deadlines and supporting the successful progression of the wider construction programme.
