Project Overview

We are delighted to be on site at Axis Works, South Gloucestershire, delivering the blockwork package on behalf of Winvic Construction for a new high-specification logistics facility.

The facility has been pre-let to M&S on a 20-year lease and forms part of the wider Axis Works development, which will ultimately deliver approximately 2 million sq ft of industrial, warehouse and logistics space.

Our Role

BF Brickwork has been appointed to deliver key elements of the blockwork package, including blockwork to first floor forming the bund and the formation of the ground floor pit.

Working closely with Winvic Construction and the wider project team, our experienced masonry team is focused on delivering the works safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• LED lighting throughout
• Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
• EV charging infrastructure
• Green roof cycle shelters
