We are thrilled to share our involvement in the prestigious Banstead Place project for Kori Construction. This transformative development is dedicated to restoring and enhancing the stunning Grade II listed Georgian Manor House, creating a modern, vibrant community while preserving its rich heritage.

The development will consist of 54 later living apartments, including 11 apartments within the restored listed building and 43 newly constructed residences. Set within a scenic 4.4-acre estate, the project seamlessly blends heritage preservation with modern living.

Our team is proud to be playing a key role in this project by contributing skilled labour to complete the brickwork. With a focus on quality craftsmanship, we are ensuring that both the historic restoration and new construction seamlessly integrate to maintain the estate’s character while offering modern living spaces.
