We are proud to announce the final completion of our recent project for Winvic, where we provided a full masonry package over 48 weeks. This development features a mix of affordable and shared ownership properties, designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. Comprising one and two-bedroom flats as well as 12 three-bedroom houses. This mix aims to create inclusive living options that cater to different family sizes and income levels.

A unique and heartwarming aspect of this project is the inclusion of bricks hand-painted by year five students we engaged with during a previous bricklaying session. This initiative not only fosters community involvement but also adds a personal touch to the development, making it feel like home for future residents.

Our team worked closely with Winvic throughout the masonry package, ensuring that every aspect of the construction was carried out with precision and attention to detail. This collaboration was essential in delivering high-quality homes within the project timeline.
