Project Overview

We’re thrilled to be on site at Daedalus, Fareham, delivering our expert masonry package for Winvic Construction on an exciting new development supporting the aviation industry. This project will see the demolition of the existing 553 sq ft aircraft hangar to make way for a modern warehouse facility incorporating two-storey integral office accommodation.

Designed to provide high-quality industrial and office space, the development will feature a ground floor reception area alongside open plan offices across the first and second floors, finished to a full CAT A fit-out specification. Extensive external works, including yards, hardstanding, car parking, landscaping, drainage and mains services connections, will complete this impressive scheme.

Our Role

Our team has been appointed to deliver the full masonry package, providing high-quality blockwork, concrete lintels, windposts and mechanical fixings throughout the development. Working in partnership with Winvic Construction, we are committed to delivering the masonry works safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards expected on a project of this scale.
