We are proud to have contributed a comprehensive labour only masonry package for Kori Construction on their latest development in Haddon, Milton Keynes. This ambitious project involves the transformation of a former fire station site into a state-of-the-art 75-bedroom care home for Porthaven Care. Designed to provide high-quality accommodation and essential care services, this facility will address the growing demand for elderly care in the area.

The care home will feature 75 en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors, each equipped with modern wet room facilities. The fourth floor will house staff and service areas, ensuring efficient operation and support for residents. To enhance the quality of life for residents, the development will include a range of premium amenities, such as:

A fully equipped gym
Hair salon
Café and cinema
Activity and community lounges
Private and communal dining spaces
Landscaped gardens for relaxation and social engagement

Site preparation commenced in November 2023, with the full development expected to take approximately 18 months to complete. Once finished, this care home will offer a comfortable and supportive environment for its residents while setting new standards in care accommodation.
