BF Brickwork are proud to have partnered once again with Winvic Construction on the delivery of a high-quality student accommodation scheme in Colchester. Built on the site of a former bus depot, this development brings modern, purpose-built student housing to the city, just in time for the September 2020 intake.

We were pleased to deliver the full masonry package for this 252-bed project, supporting the creation of a comfortable and functional environment for students. Our scope included all structural and aesthetic brickwork across the site’s three, four-storey blocks executed to the highest standards and in line with the fast-paced programme requirements.
