Project Overview

We’re proud to have delivered another one of our later living projects in Saffron Walden, providing a comprehensive labour package for this exciting new development. This 70-bed care home now offers a full range of services, including permanent and respite residential care, as well as specialised dementia care.

The care home has been designed to enhance residents’ quality of life, featuring comfortable en-suite rooms and inviting communal areas across three floors. Thoughtfully planned amenities, including a cinema room, hair and beauty salon, and activity rooms, now provide residents with spaces to socialise, engage and enjoy daily activities.

Our Role

Our team successfully delivered the full labour package for this project, working closely with the wider construction team to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery from start to finish. Drawing on our experience in later living developments, we provided precision, reliability, and craftsmanship that helped create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
