We are currently on site at Saffron Walden, providing a comprehensive Masonry package for an exciting new development. This project involves the construction of a 70-bed care home that will offer a full range of services, including permanent and respite residential care, as well as specialized dementia care.

The care home is designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents, featuring en-suite rooms and inviting communal areas to spread across three floors. The facility will include a variety of amenities aimed at enriching residents’ daily experiences. These features range from a cinema room, a hair and beauty salon to

activity rooms designed for engagement and creativity.

Once complete, this care home will serve as a vital resource in the Saffron Walden community, providing a nurturing and enriching environment for residents. The combination of comfortable living spaces and comprehensive amenities is designed to promote well-being and community connection.
