Project Overview
Works are now underway in Leicester on a major new industrial and logistics development, where we are proud to be delivering the professional masonry package on behalf of MCS Group.
The development will provide a high-quality 75,000 sq ft turnkey facility, incorporating approximately 70,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space alongside 7,500 sq ft of dedicated office accommodation. Purpose-built to support advanced manufacturing operations, the facility will bring Parker Plant’s full product range together under one modern roof.
Our Role
Our team has been appointed to deliver the masonry package, working closely with MCS Group and the wider project team to ensure the brickwork, blockwork and sundry elements are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
As an experienced brickwork contractor, we understand the importance of precision workmanship, quality and reliability on large-scale industrial developments. Our team is focused on delivering the masonry works in line with the programme, while maintaining the high standards expected across this technically demanding project.
Project Features
• 75,000 sq ft purpose-built industrial and logistics facility
• Approximately 70,000 sq ft of industrial space

• Fully fitted two-storey offices
• Secure, self-contained yard
• 10 standard loading doors, including extra-wide 5.5m doors
• Four loading doors providing increased 5.1m clear height
• Three bays incorporating 8m haunches
• High-bay frame reaching 11m
• Four dedicated production bays and a separate paint shop
• Nine overhead cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 10 to 30 tonnes
Sustainability & Innovation
Sustainability has been an important consideration throughout the design of the new facility, incorporating a range of features designed to improve energy efficiency and support responsible long-term operations.
The development will include solar panels, LED lighting throughout, enhanced insulation to improve thermal and acoustic performance, EV charging points and biodiverse landscaping.
