Project Overview
We are thrilled to be a part of the ‘Saving Weldon Lodge’ project for Kori Construction – right in the heart of our hometown of Corby. This exciting restoration is focused on bringing new life to one of the area’s most treasured historic buildings, and we’re proud to be contributing our labour services to support the masonry restoration of this important heritage site.
Weldon Lodge, a Grade II listed farmhouse, is the second oldest building in Corby and carries both local and national historical significance. Having stood unoccupied since 2014, it is now being carefully restored and repurposed to benefit the wider community.
Our Role
Our team is proud to be delivering expert masonry support as part of the restoration process, helping to stabilise and preserve the original structure while staying true to its historic character.
Being located just a stone’s throw from our own office, it’s an honour to be involved in a project that holds such deep local meaning, and one that represents an investment in both heritage and community.
