We recently collaborated with Kori Construction on a labour-only masonry package for a significant development in Welwyn Garden City. Commissioned on behalf of Charity One YMCA, this project aims to provide 100 self-contained studio apartments for individuals facing or having experienced homelessness. In addition to housing, the development includes ICT and catering training spaces, supporting residents with essential skills for independence and employment.

A key focus of this project is sustainability. The hostel has been designed as a low-environment-impact building, incorporating features that enhance energy efficiency and reduce its ecological footprint.

Our team was on-site for 31 weeks, delivering skilled labour to support the construction process. This project represents another meaningful initiative that we are proud to have contributed to, aligning with our commitment to quality and socially responsible construction.
