Project Overview

We’re proud to have recently completed a labour-only masonry package for a major new development in Welwyn Garden City, delivered in partnership with Kori Construction on behalf of One YMCA.

This important project has been designed to provide 100 self-contained studio apartments for individuals facing or having experienced homelessness, helping to create safe, secure accommodation alongside opportunities for long-term personal development and independence.

In addition to high-quality residential spaces, the development includes dedicated ICT and catering training facilities, giving residents access to valuable skills and employment support within a welcoming and supportive environment.

We’re proud to have contributed to a project that delivers genuine social value while prioritising quality construction and sustainable design.

Our Role

Our team delivered a full labour-only masonry package across the development, supporting the construction programme over a 31-week period.

Working closely with Kori Construction, we provided skilled masonry labour throughout the project, helping to ensure that work was completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of workmanship.
